Organization and goals are critical for a successful digital marketing strategy. At the end of the day, the satisfaction of reaching those goals are what drive us. Without those, not much tends to get accomplished. As business owners, we can all relate to that.
Spending a ton of money trying something with no real tangible outcomes over and over again is completely frustrating. A consistent digital marketing strategy process is essential to keep that from happening. Our method has been proven to improve marketing performance and generate more leads.
Planning, Implementation, and Evaluation are the 3 phases we use for our marketing processes. We find keeping it simple is easier for everyone when staying on task and setting clear expectations.

In a review of your business, we’ll work together to analyze your business’s strengths and weaknesses. We’ll identify where your opportunities are coming from and look for additional opportunity avenues. Lastly, we’ll determine any threats to your business. Those external factors that could put your company at risk.
Overall, this will give us:
- A clear review your small business
- An analysis of your competitors
- Research on your customers (current and prospective)
- Identify trends in your industry
Once we have a clear analysis of your business, the next step is to plan your service or product marketing strategy related to the 4 P’s; Product (Service), Price, Place, and Promotion.
This step will guide us in the changes or adjustments you may need to make. It also helps us to identify what type of digital marketing strategy or mix may be appropriately related to your budget.
Throughout the Planning phase, we’ll be determining clear, measurable, achievable goals for each part of your strategy. Some strategies may have those built in but we might need to get creative with others. With metrics, we’ll be better informed and armed with facts. Only then can you really determine your (ROI) return on investment.

Here we take the culmination of our plans from the previous stage and take action on your digital marketing strategy. Deadlines will be set and there most likely will need to be meetings to discuss more specific details of each initiative. Approvals are crucial, so the process will need to be outlined to keep everything moving smoothly.

This is the checking phase of the process. We evaluate the metrics set for each initiative regularly. With this information, we’ll make adjustments or improvements to ensure that we are on target to meet the overall goals.
